Accommodation

The Centre sleeps up to 24 people. If your group is slightly larger, you can pitch one or two of your own tents in the grounds (obviously this only works in the camping season, April to September).

Kitchen/Dining room/Lounge
Set out on the first floor of the original barn: The character of the barn is maintained with exposed beams, stonework and rustic oak floors. There are amazing views over the Uldale Valley and surrounding fells
Well equipped kitchen with range cooker, fridge-freezer,microwave and all cooking utensils and equipment.
Dining area with hand made oak tables and benches, open plan to the lounge area, an area to relax and unwind with comfortable chairs and magnificent views. There is a CD/radio and a 32" flat panel TV and DVD player (TV has satellite reception with all the free to air channels, e.g. BBC 1/2/3/4, ITV, Ch4, Ch5, etc.).

Bedrooms
First floor- One dormitory sleeping 8 people(4 bunk beds). Two bedrooms sleeping two people in each ( one 'single over double' bunk bed in each room, so that they can be used as a double or a twin).

Ground floor as first floor- One dormitory sleeping 8 people (4 bunk beds). Two bedrooms sleeping two people in each (one 'single over double' bunk bed in each room so that they can be used as a double or a twin).

Drying room
Essential for drying out those wet boots and clothes. Designed to effectively cater for 24.

Washrooms
High standard modern facilities. Separate male and female washrooms. 4 male washrooms, 4 female washrooms, comprising of shower,WC and washbasin in each.

Games/amenity field/gardens
There is a large games field adjacent to the centre for guests to use and some games equipment (football, rounders, cricket, badminton rackets etc..). Panoramic views over surrounding country side.

Lots of space, lawned area, small tarn, meadowland around the centre where guests are free to have a stroll, enjoy the views, have a barbecue or just relax. There is a campfire area, gas BBQ and outside picnic tables/benches.

Bedding/linen
All bedding/linen is provided, all beds are made up ready.

Notes
The centre has full oil fired central heating throughout.
Linen/bedding is provided; you need to bring your own towels.
If you do not have your own, the centre has walking equipment (walking boots, waterproof jackets and trousers, daysacks) available for a small hire charge.
The Centre is a non smoking establishment within the building.
Unfortunately no pets.
